1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Heseda AI ("the Service"), operated by Heseda AI LLC, a California limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Heseda AI provides AI-powered skincare consultations, product recommendations, educational content, and affiliate product links. The Service is available via web (heseda.ai, heseda.com) and mobile applications.
3. User Accounts
You may sign in using Google or Kakao OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.
4. Affiliate Links & Purchases
Product recommendations may contain affiliate links to third-party retailers (Amazon, Coupang, iHerb, YesStyle, and others). Heseda AI earns commissions (typically 3–10%) on qualifying purchases made through these links. Purchases are governed by the respective retailer's terms. Heseda AI is not responsible for product quality, shipping, or returns handled by third-party retailers.
5. Sponsored Content
Some product placements are paid ("Editor's Picks" or "Sponsored"). These are always clearly labeled. Our AI recommendation engine scores products independently — paid placements do not influence AI match scores.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, software, and trademarks on the Service are owned by Heseda AI LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the AI systems; (c) scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service; (d) impersonate another person or entity; (e) interfere with the Service's operation or security.
8. Limitation of Liability
Heseda AI LLC provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heseda AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page on heseda.ai.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
